QUESTION #1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?
For Signed Paperbacks: They will ship in 3-5 business days. You will be recieving a USPS tracking number when it ships.
For E-Books/Audiobooks: Instantly upon purchase, Bookfunnel will be sending you an email with a download link in how to access the books and instructions on how to read on your favorite ebook device or listen on the Bookfunnel app.
If you don't see this email, be sure to look in your spam/junk folders for it. (consider using the search tool for "bookfunnel.")

QUESTION #2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?
Yes! You can read the ebooks on ANY ereader device or app. (Ipad, Kindle, Nook, Kobo, etc.)
Once you place an order, you'll receive an email from Bookfunnel with the download link and instructions on how to read it on the Bookfunnel app or sending it to your favorite ebook device.
If you have any issues, you can reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com and they are ready and willing to assist you.
For the audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is directly through the BookFunnel app.The BookFunnel app is easy and free.
QUESTION #3: WHEN WILL I RECIEVE THE REST OF THE SERIES I ORDERED?
If you ordered the ebook bundle, you'll be getting the rest of the Hadley Cove Sweet Romance series delivered to you via Bookfunnel email when the books release.
If you ordered the signed paperback bundle, you'll be getting the rest of the Hadley Cove Sweet Romance series delivered to you in the mail when the books release.

QUESTION #4: I ACCIDENTLY BOUGHT THE EBOOKS/AUDIOBOOKS, BUT WANT PAPERBACKS.
No worries. This can be fixed. Just send a message to info@kerkmurray.com and we will make sure you're taken care of!
QUESTION #5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED
Once BookFunnel sends the codes, you have 14 days before the codes expire. You have the books forever, don't worry. You can either reach out to BookFunnel at help@bookfunnel.com to request new codes.
Or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
